Grizzly Tree Service respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

Information We Collect

When you fill out our estimate request form, we collect: your full name, phone number, email (if provided), town, job address (if provided), urgency, property type, the service you need, your description of the job, an optional photo, your preferred contact method, and your SMS consent. We also receive your phone number directly when you call us.

How We Use Your Form Data

We use the information you submit to contact you about your request, prepare an estimate, and schedule and perform the work. Your request is tagged with its source (our website), urgency, requested service, town, and property type so we can respond appropriately. Requests marked as an emergency - tree down or hanging now - are routed to an immediate owner notification so Corey can respond right away.

SMS Messaging

If you check the SMS consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Grizzly Tree Service about your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for help. We do not sell or rent your mobile information.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate our business - for example, with service providers that help us manage requests and communications - and as required by law.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide service and respond to your requests, and afterwards as needed for reasonable business records.

Your Choices
