How we do it
We cut the top growth off first and get it out of the way, then go after the roots. Depending on the plant and how established it is, that means digging, cutting the root crown, or pulling the whole root ball. Holly and laurel in particular will regrow from roots left behind, so we make sure the root system comes out. For a whole hedge, we work down the line. Once the shrubs are out, we load the brush and the root balls and haul everything off the property.
